Excel & Python Data Clinic is a live, mentor-led working session designed to turn your real data problems into real solutions. It’s especially for learners who have watched the videos and completed (or are completing) the projects, but still have questions or get stuck on specific steps. Instead of guessing alone, you get direct access to a mentor who walks through your exact issue with you. This workshop is ideal for analysts, data-curious professionals, and anyone using Excel or Python in their work or portfolio projects. The focus is not on adding more theory, but on unblocking you in the context of your actual files: spreadsheets, dashboards, and scripts. You bring what you’re working on; we debug, refactor, and improve it together. Typical topics include: Cleaning messy sales, marketing, or operations data in Excel and structuring tables for analysis. Fixing broken or confusing formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, nested logic, etc.). Reviewing and improving PivotTables and charts so they show the right KPIs for stakeholders. Using Python and Pandas to load, filter, merge, and aggregate datasets that are too heavy for Excel. Troubleshooting Python scripts used for reporting or automation, and turning them into reusable workflows. The session is highly interactive and learner-driven. You can: Share your screen or anonymised files to walk through a specific problem step by step. Ask the “small” questions that block your progress but rarely get answered in recorded courses. Learn from other participants’ cases and recognise patterns you’ll likely encounter in your own projects. The clinic is designed to sit on top of your video courses and project work. You learn at your own pace through modules, try to implement what you’ve learned in real projects, and then use this workshop as your live safety net when you hit a wall. It’s the bridge between “I watched the lecture” and “I have a working dashboard or script I’m proud to show in my portfolio.” By the end of the workshop, you will: Have at least one concrete issue resolved (a formula fixed, a script running, or a dashboard improved). Understand why the solution works, not just copy-paste a final answer. Leave with a clear set of next steps to clean, analyse, or automate your data more confidently.
