Service Description

AI, Automation & Agents for Work is a live, mentor-led workshop where you learn how to use modern AI tools to actually get work done—not just generate random content. The focus is on using large language models, automation tools, and simple agents to save time, improve quality, and augment your existing skills. This session is ideal for knowledge workers, analysts, consultants, and founders who want AI to become part of their daily workflow: writing, research, analysis, operations, and communication. You don’t need to be a developer; the emphasis is on practical use cases and clear thinking, not complex code. In the workshop, we explore realistic scenarios such as: Turning messy notes, emails, or documents into clear summaries, briefs, and to‑do lists. Designing prompts that consistently produce useful drafts for reports, slide content, outreach, or documentation. Using AI to speed up analysis: interpreting tables, comparing options, generating hypotheses, and stress‑testing ideas. Building simple no‑code workflows that connect AI with tools like email, spreadsheets, or project management systems. Understanding when an AI agent makes sense (e.g. support assistant, research helper, data explainer) and when it doesn’t. You’ll see how to think in terms of workflows, not single prompts: where the input comes from, what the AI should do with it, how you review the output, and how it loops back into your tools. We’ll discuss limitations, common failure modes, and how to design safeguards so AI supports your judgment rather than replacing it. The workshop is interactive and example-driven. You can: Bring tasks you already spend time on (emails, reports, analysis, documentation) and explore how to redesign them with AI in the loop. Experiment with prompts live and refine them together with the mentor. See examples of lightweight “agents” and automations, and ask how similar ideas could fit your work context. By the end of AI, Automation & Agents for Work, you will: Have a clearer sense of where AI can make a real difference in your day-to-day work. Know how to design prompts and simple workflows instead of relying on one-off copy‑paste interactions. Leave with concrete ideas and templates you can apply immediately to save time, reduce drudge work, and focus more on the parts of your job that require human judgment.
